Britain's 'top' Muslim cop yesterday showed why people shouldn't be promoted just because of their race, religion or sex.Westernphobic Met Police Assistant Commissioner, Tarique Ghaffur, wasn't promoted because of his ability, he was promoted because he was Muslim. Politically correct do-gooders felt such an appointment would be good for Anglo-Muslim relations and encourage other followers of the Dark Side to join the police instead of blowing themselves up on tube trains packed full of school children.
However, despite being in the second most powerful police job in the country's largest police force, talentless Ghaffur is claiming he's been discriminated against because of his race and religion. If earning more than £100,000 per year, being given a CBE and a retirement pot of £500,000 is being discriminated against then I'd like to apply for a bit of discrimination too.
