Muslims around the world can breathe a deep collective sigh of relief now that Afghanistan appears to be on the road to becoming an Islamic state that ALL Muslims can be proud of.Last week saw the 'Kite Runner', a film based on the incredible book by Khalid Hosseini following the lives of 2 Afghan boys, banned in the country and today it was reported that a journalist would be put to death for blasphemy. Although according to Shamsur Rahman, the head of the court, the condemned man, Sayed Perwiz Kambakhsh, still has to go through three more courts to declare his eventual fate. Fellow journalists have been told not to make a fuss or they will be arrested.
The blasphemous act carried out by Kambakhsh was to download material from the internet relating to the role of women in Islamic society. He should count himself lucky he wasn't caught doing something really naughty like laughing.

I would expect nothing else from these religious clerical types no matter what country they were in. Islam is a one way street, it screws ALL while no one is allowed to question it's murderous lack of morals. While the western politicians keep breaking our own monetary backs to prop up these so called muslim democracies we will continue to fund our own demise.
If the muslim oil producers insist on holding us in the west to fuel ransom why don't we just stop giving them aid of all kinds and stop sending them food. Let the oil rich arab states look after the Ummah then maybe we could sell our food to them at vastly inflated prices (in line with their inflated oil prices)to recoup our money and use their money to destroy radical Islam therefore doing to them exactly the same thing in exactly the same way to them. It makes alot of sense to me.

u ignorant infidels -- if u read the koran very very carefully in depth, u would have discovered that the square root of the number of chapters X number of verses to the power of words divided by the number of characters equals to the first step of the equation needed for manufacturing the nuclear bomb.
the rest of the instructions could b found by reading the odd-numbered chapters of the koran backward (all in innuit), skipping 1 sentence each time, then read the even-numbered chapters of the koran forward (all in swedish), skipping 2 sentence each time, n repeat 300 times.
(innuit & swedish - bcos it was where Allah's favourite virgins were produced.)
