Well it's taken a few years but President Pervez Musharraf ensured that Pakistan fell back into line with almost every other Islamic state this weekend when he introduced martial law.Known as the Second Home of International Terrorism (S.H.I.T.), Pakistan recently came close to taking the number 1 position away from King Abdullah's IslamoNazi Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, when it opened a new wave of Terror Training camps on the Afghanistan border.
Groucho Marx look-a-like, King Abdullah stated "Pakistan would be nothing without Saudi Arabia. 90% of its terrorists are born and bred in Saudi. Without us and our money they would have an Islamo Death Rating of less than 3.2". He went on "They even let some women speak! They should be ashamed of such unIslamic practices?".
One good thing to come out of the Introduction of martial law is that Jew-hating, ex-cricket cheating playboy, Imran Khan has been placed under house arrest...I would suggest that he uses this time wisely to reflect upon the numerous occasions he was caught 'ball-tampering' during his cricketing career against England. His present predicament is obviously a direct result of bad Karma in one's own lifetime.
errr, OK.... it looks like the Jew-hating, ex-cricket cheating playboy, Imran Khan has now escaped from house arrest. We all hope and pray for his safe return so that he may be swiftly executed in true Islamic fashion and can face almighty Allah where he will have to explain his heinous crimes against English cricket.

Hey, I'm no fan of Musharraf, what with him being a military dictator and all, but he is in fact going up against the Islamists.
Yes, al-Qaeda have pretty much got a free-reign in Pakistan and are training and hopping over the border and killing our boys and girls and the Americans and the other coallition forces. But Pakistan is a predominantly Muslim nation, so it could be so much worse. And if this manages to spiral into chaos, we'll find out just how much worse. They're a nuclear power remember.
Ultimately, Musharraf, much as he's a scumbag, is a whole lot more palettable than pretty much all of the alternatives. By Middle Eastern standards, he's a moderate.
Sometimes, you have to adopt the 'my enemy's enemy is my friend' philosphy, and so, I hope Musharraf prevails.
We should have a moratorium on migration/immigration between the UK and Pakistan though. I think that anyway since most of our beloved home-grown, hate-filled nutjobs go there to train. But we could use this as an excuse without too much damaging the relationship, which is important for the reaons I've already mentioned but also for the fact that Pakistan is a fairly big player in the GWoT, even though paradoxically, a lot of the terrorists emanate from there.
Saudi on the other hand, if it weren't for the fact that they have us over a barrel, literally, in regards to oil, we should most definitely withraw our dimplomats and tell them, 'Get in touch when you manage to drag yourselves out of the 7th centuary, and in the mean time - fuck off.'
Lets not forget that Imran has done much to keep the Mo toons in perspective, after all he did state that it was worse than the genocide of the Jews.
I wonder if his arrest is also worse than the holocaust?
